The Challenge
Unicred, the 10th largest bank in Brazil by assets, with over 6 billion net worth, embarked on an ambitious initiative in 2019 to revolutionize its credit card processing system. Aiming to launch their proprietary card, Unicred's goals were to gain operational control, enhance profitability, and drive innovation, all anchored in a cloud-based infrastructure for heightened security and advanced technology.
The Solution
Zallpy, renowned for its cloud infrastructure and technological solutions expertise, was selected to spearhead this pivotal project. With a product-first approach, the Zallpy team meticulously integrated AWS services, including Amazon EKS, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EC2. The seven-month developmental phase was a collaborative effort involving multiple professionals and vendors, with Zallpy leading the technical coordination and implementation.
