Marcelo holds a degree in Administration and several specializations in Computer Science and has been involved in IT for over 30 years. During his professional career, he has spent time at major multinationals like ThyssenKrupp and Hyundai, acting as CIO - Chief Information Officer. He has vast experience in the entire information technology road map. He has a passion for travel, films, sports and, above all, social interaction with people. Integration is his mantra, both in his professional and personal life. He has been the CEO of Zallpy for the past 10 years.

Full Stack Social
A new course in the Zallpy Young Apprentice Program, geared towards tackling the challenging current social context. Focused on web development, Full Stack Social trains youths in situations of vulnerability through a voluntary collaboration network involving both companies and individuals, opening doors to a bustling and expanding job market. The course is 14 months long and classes are offered at Tecnopuc by renowned teachers, providing technical and human formation, covering topics like emotional intelligence, institutional values, life projects and teamwork, among others.

A project in partnership with 25 companies from the information technology sector, aimed at attracting and qualifying talents for the world’s fastest growing market and one hungry for fresh talent. Besides creating a favorable environment for social and economic development and generating employment opportunities, the initiative is also geared towards bolstering the growth of local companies, as intellectual capital is the most value assets in the new economy. Classes are offered online and are 100% free, providing specialized technical qualification to youths looking for their first jobs and professionals wanting to insert themselves into this prosperous and red-hot market.
