Ticket Log is a national leader in fleet management and maintenance solutions. Its services are available through a unified platform with an end-to-end delivery. As a leader in Brazil, the Edenred Group, the French multinational that owns the brand, decided to expand the business throughout Latin America. However, a problem was detected: the platform didn't have enough technology or scalability to support the growth.

In 2020, Zallpy was invited to be a protagonist in the development of the Americas Platform, focusing on scalability, speed, and support for a high number of users.
In addition to defining the architecture and strategies for a large-scale structure, our team led the elaboration of guidelines that supported the various teams that participated in the project.
Among the technologies applied were CQRS, Composition API, Spring Boot, React and high processing queues via Apache Kafka. 100% of the resources were cloud based, in Microsoft Azure.
Scalability to expand business and break boundaries.
If the previous platform managed around 500,000 vehicles and more than 100,000 services / month in Brazil, the new version launched in 2022 can receive much higher numbers. The new platform is capable of handling more than R$1 billion in its ecosystem and is ready to support an increase in revenue of more than 100%. In addition, countries such as Argentina and soon, Mexico, are already successfully implementing their Fleet Management operations through Ticket Log, backed up with Zallpy technology.
